We are confused why many review sites have Run Your Car on Waterin the #1 spot. Run Your Car on Waterhas the exact same 95 page complicated plans that Half Water Half Gas, without any bonuses. If you are a mechanic & electrician then you may be able to realistically follow these water to gas converter plans.

Run Your Car on Water is a 114 page manual explaining how to build your own water to gas converter. I will say that they did add a little color to the manual highlighting important notes and headlines. These are essentially the same plans that "Drive with Water Fuel" and "Half Water Half Gas" provide.

Run Your Car on Water does have two Bonuses in the members area. These are Auto related bonuses to help with dealing with a cars computer and a guide on vehicle tax writeoffs. These are auto related but do not help us build a water fuel converter.

The water energy produced is safe and non-explosive. It has been tested and proven to work by Bell Laboratories. There are not peer-reviews, but there are anecdotal reports and evidence. It is also being reported that the government and corporations are conversing with the developers of water gas. Many videos are on the Internet that demonstrate the process of using water and creating Brown Gas, in addition to personal testimonies and experts.

Using water energy to improve gas mileage is a new phenomenon, but as the price of gas continues climbing, more and more individuals are converting their vehicles to run on water gas. How to Run Your Car on Water

Everyone realizes that fuel savers on cars are necessary these days, but their implementation is often hindered by the fact that fuel injections were not meant to produce the proper combustion. But if you install an HHO EFIE generator, this situation can be fixed.
An HHO generator will fine tune your engine's oxygen sensor, which tracks the engine's air intake. An HHO kit will assist in managing the air and fuel ratio in a more effective way, which can boost your fuel economy in a big way.
With an HHO kit, water and oxygen mix and interact with each other, and they then fuse with gasoline. An HHO generator makes oxygen and water fuse in a more effective manner. This results in gas burning and being released from the cylinder, putting less stress on the catalytic converter.
But, the electronics on most engines have trouble dealing with the HHO generators, because the computer deals with the O2 sensors directly. They have no way of processing information from external sources, such as the HHO generator kit.
To help the electronics deal with the increased oxygen level brought on by an HHO generator, the EFIE was born. EFIE stands for electron fuel injection enhancer. The EFIE makes sure the electronics will not hinder or interfere with the additional intake of oxygen.
Let's look at how the EFIE works. An oxygen sensor produces voltage which determines the oxygen content. The higher the milivolt, the more fuel there is, and the lower the number of milivolts, the leaner the engine mixture is. It is at this spot where electron fuel injector enhancers come into play. It will install an additional voltage which allows you to manage this added voltage efficiently. This will allow the HHO generator to work the way it is supposed to without being interrupted by the internal computer system on your car.
When you use an EFIE, we should point out that only the oxygen sensors in the front of the catalytic converter needs the device. Other sensors just make sure the ones in the front are working the right way.
